RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If, within 30 days of receiving the item, you let us know that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will take care of any requests for returns or exchanges. Thirty days is the deadline for requests to be fulfilled. It is crucial that you contact us as soon as possible by email at [email protected].
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE
- Items that are returned must be in their original packaging.
- Unauthorized returns of merchandise are not accepted.
- Items that you receive must be returned within 30 days.
- Each item needs to be in the same condition as it was when it was sent, unopened or undamaged, marked, and in its original packaging. Additionally needed is the purchase receipt or another type of evidence of purchase.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping option that provides tracking information.
REFUNDS
As soon as possible, we will send you an email to let you know that your return has been received and will be reviewed. We will also notify you if your return is accepted or denied.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your Paypal payment method in two to three business days.
POLICIES
Items returned without authorization won't be accepted back.
Things need to be returned within 30 days of delivery. All of the goods must be undamaged, in the same condition as when they were sent to you, and in their original packing. It is necessary to have additional proof of purchase, such as the receipt. When returning or exchanging items, customers must select a delivery option that provides tracking details.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- If you get in touch with us soon after making your purchase, we can help you cancel the order.You may cancel your order prior to the delivery of your item if your payment has been completed but the package has not yet been dispatched. And we'll give you a complete refund.
- Orders that have already been shipped out cannot be canceled.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Regretfully, commodities that are on sale or products that have been damaged or lost by customers cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES
The simplest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you now own. You can purchase the new item individually as soon as the return is approved.
GENERAL RETURN PROCESS
- Launch a counterattack: Send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and any additional information, including pictures and/or videos of the product. A member of our customer service team will determine if your return request is approved within three business days.
- Return the item: If your return is accepted, we will give you the return address and instructions for mailing your package. (Note: Unauthorized returns of goods are not accepted). We recommend that you send your return or exchange using a shipping method that includes a signature and tracking information since we will not be responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
- Return or exchange: After receiving your return or exchange, we will inspect the item and, depending on the situation, offer a refund or a replacement for the exchange within three to five working days.
COSTS
- Should the return stem from our mistakes (i.e., incorrect products or problems with product quality), you will be refunded in full;
- In the event that the buyer's problem (such as not wanting or loving the item, ordering the wrong product or size) justifies a return, the buyer is in charge of paying the shipping charges.
